Notes:	Fazer Finlandia Upright piano, serial number 72013 which makes it approximately 1984. The dimensions are 109x145x54 and it is finished in a light oak colour. I have inherited this piano from a family member and have no room to keep it myself unfortunately. The casing is nice but it is by no means perfect with a few flaws where someone has tried to polish or varnish it with varying degrees of success, yet again I have been told I'm too picky! This is however, a cracking little piano which would suit a beginer or an advanced player. I have polished the brasswork, checked dampers, regulated the keyboard with new front keyboard felt punchings, centre rail punchings so it plays perfectly. Tuning pins are tight too. It has a nice clear bass to the piano considering it is a little piano and it has a singing treble section. The piano will need to be tuned after being moved. The piano comes with a matching John Austin single stool which has storage for music. Buyer to arrange collection at their own expense. Personal cheque or cash on collection please.
